That makes NO sense…at all! And you know it.
Of course, it makes sense! It means it is okay to break rules beca —
But that’s not what you said though. You said they are meant to be broken. In the sense that they are designed with the objective of them being broken. No rule-setter ever sets the objective of the rule being broken. Else they would not set the rule to begin with!
Okay, firstly, this conversation seems like a rip-off from that scene in Brooklyn nine-nine…and secondly, almost all rules are set for a reason, and then with some buffer expecting people to extend the boundaries of the rules!
Well, extending boundaries is not the same as “meant to be broken”… and it’s got nothing to do with Brooklyn 99. Two people can have the same pet peeve with different arguments about it!
Well, yes 2 people can have the same thought, but it cannot be the entire premise of your blog post… and in case of rules like speed limits or time caps, extending boundaries IS the same as breaking rules.
Okay, 2 types of rules cannot extend to have a generalised idiom… and stop breaking the fourth wall of this blog!
This blog has never had a sturdy fourth wall…and I never said ALL rules are meant to be broken! It’s contextual.
Ugh! Fine. Truce? and Truce?
Fine, as you are me, and I love you so much, truce.
K. Hugs and Kisses.
We are reducing physical contact. Elbow bump and pranaam?
Not with ourselves, we aren’t. And self elbow bump is beyond our range of flexibility.
True. Until tomorrow?
Until tomorrow.
